My food has not been delivered, no one answering the phone.. 5 people waiting for food three of those are kids. Food was ordered at 4.45pm. Now 8.00pm. I want a refund

Placed order 16:40, ordered confirmation at 17:50 and it’s 8 o’clock and no food, no one answering the phone but an email to say to review food……

The driver tried to over charge me £3 he wasn’t to amused when my confirmation email and his paper slip he retrieved from his car matched, so he just walked away with the correct payment and a £2 tip instead of £5..
