Perfect Satay.. deploy !

Really disappointing meal. Crackers weren’t crispy, they were chewy. The veg with the satay were very undercooked/not cooked at all. Chips weren’t great

2 x cans of diet cola missing from order. Counter staff moaning about having to many orders to deal with in front of paying customers. Not very professional.

Myself & my twins love Jasmine - the food is consistently great and they will customise your choices no problem. They can be very busy so delivery can be a bit long but then we just pick it up if we’re really hungry. Says something about how good it is when it’s busy!!

Excellent food as always

We ordered online on a very busy Saturday night. The food was fantastic as always and the lady on the desk was lovely despite it being so busy.

Jasmine is always our first choice for a Chinese, as the food is always the delicious. However placing an order at 6pm when the delivery time stated was 7.10pm for the food to not actually arrive till 8.45pm its just unacceptable. We understand Saturday nights can and will be busy but then why continue to accept orders that you can't get out on time? Tried to call them over n over but line busy . Finally got through for them to apologies and confirm that they have been really busy an pur meal on way. Still doesn't make it any more acceptable to wait so long.
